Have just finished the first story in the series of “Tales from Sandy Bottom”.

21 Years of Winterbourn down Border Morris
The Winterbourn Down Border Morris came from the mummers play that was performed the village on Boxing Day, It started life as a ladies side doing Cotswold style ,dancing with the children and wives of the Mummers.
Later when the children felt to embarrassed to dance the Mummers decided to join the Ladies but to change the style to a more clumpy border morris.
The DVD takes a look at those years and all the characters that has been in the side.
